Jamina Fitness Program Overview
This program consists of 6 chapters, which are typically 1 month each. However, I know that life happens, so the program can be done at your own pace. I am about to share with you what I did to make a total body transformation. With some hard work, you can make this transformation too! Remember, there is no better day to start getting fit, than today, so let’s get started with the first phase.
Where to start:
The chapters are listed in the menu at the top of the page under Fitness Program. Chapter 1 is where you will begin your journey. As you progress, you will move on to chapters 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. Each chapter page details what to expect as well as some pointers along the way.
The program, in its entirety, is comprised of a workout routine and a nutrition guideline. The workout routines are posted for free on the website. The nutrition guidelines are very important as you make your way to your fitness goals. I detail those guidelines in the blog, but I also provide a Jamina Nutrition Planner that you can purchase to do all of the hard work for you.
